
1) Electrochemistry data related to figures 3A, 3B and 3C, figures S3 A, B, C and D; figure 5A, 5B and 5C; figure 6C; and figure 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E and 7F,for canbon thin films and for carbon cloth, respectivley. 

The electrochemical dataset was divided in two types of measurements:

- Cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV): 
Figures 2C and 2D, Figures 3A, 3B and 3C, figures S3 A, B, C and figure 6C for carbon thin films. Followed by figures 5A, 5B and 5C for carbon cloth electrodes.   This dataset is related to the electrochemical performance of VO2+/VO2+ redox couple at the carbon model electrodes surfaces.Each files have different columns identified as potential (V) and current density (mA cm-2).
 
- Vanadium redox flow battery tests: 
Figure 77A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E and 7F for carbon cloth electrodes. This dataset is related to the electrochemical performance of VO2+/VO2+ redox couple at VRFB single stack in thr lab. Electrochemical impredance spactroscopy as shoun in figure 7. This file is composed of two columns identified as Real resistance (Ohm) and Imaginary resistance (Ohm).Charge and discharge cycles have been analysed and the respective Coulombic, Voltage and Energy efficiencies.
